When I was 16, I fell in love with Strength and Conditioning, thanks to the guidance of a strength coach at my high school. Like so many kids, I dealt with many nagging injuries that consistently held me back from achieving my greatest potential in my sports.

Passive physical therapy- like e-stim and massages- never did much to help which left me feeling frustrated and lost. Since graduating from Michigan, I’ve learned that the best way to rehab is to train well, effectively combining physical therapy and strength and conditioning principles.

As a recent PT graduate, I’m excited to learn and grow in my practice. As a coach, I’m thrilled to be on this journey with you. I am always looking for new opportunities learn from skilled Physical Therapists and Coaches in the field and would love to connect with you! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, comments, or advice while you’re here.
